Call for Nominations of Potential Candidates to the Council of the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP)

In terms of the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions Act, 2003 ( Act No 27 of 2003), the Minister of Science and Technology, is in the process of reconstituting the Council of the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP).

The objectives of the SACNASP are to promote the practice of natural science professions in South Africa, exercise control over the standard of professional conduct of professional, candidate and certificated natural scientists, monitor the standard of education and training of professional, candidate and certificated natural scientists, and to recognise education and training which is necessary for registration.  Read more
