“Ignite Conversations about Science” - People, Partnerships, Priorities for Implementation of the Decadal Plan
The SFSA offers an opportunity for you to “Ignite Conversations about Science”, through exhibitions.
Profile your science institutions and innovative science research /products. Use this platform to network with various stakeholders within the science, technology, and innovation ecosystem, including international and national scientific community, policy makers, academics, industry, civil society and students.

The SFSA 2023 exhibition areas will be located at various points at the CSIR International Convention Centre, including adjacent to the plenary auditorium, other parallel session venues, tea/coffee stations and central open spaces.
This layout will facilitate the circulation of SFSA participants throughout the day, as they pass by the exhibition area including for lunch and tea stations, on a regular basis. A networking function on the evening of 6 December 2023 will further attract participants to the exhibitions.
Exhibition space at the SFSA 2023 is limited and is provided in shell-schemes, informal spaces, or poster space. Allocation will be based on the exhibitors’ ability to “Ignite Conversations about Science” and networking, especially in line with the theme of the SFSA.
NOTE: There are no costs for securing an exhibition opportunity, only own setup costs.

Exhibition stands should be dressed in a professional manner. No empty/bare stands will be allowed).
Exhibition stand setup and dressing will take place on Sunday 3 December 2023 and Monday 4 December 2023 only.
