On 8 February 2022, the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) and partners launched the 6th South African HIV Prevalence, Incidence, Behaviour and Communication Survey, which is conducted to understand the factors driving the HIV epidemic and is used to inform policies and strategies to tackle the epidemic.
