Notice of intention to make regulations to protect Central Astronomy Advantage Areas

The Minister published a notice of intention to make certain regulations on protection measures for CAAAs, including the prohibition of open cast mining and hydraulic fracturing.  Interested or affected parties are invited to submit written representations on or objections to the proposed declaration within 60 days of the date of publication (25 July 2018).
