Throughout the day, employees will compete in team activities across various sporting codes. The focus of the day is to enhance teamwork, so teams will be assessed on their promotion of mental wellness and demonstrations of collaboration,
resilience and camaraderie. Programmes will also co-create a symbolic piece of art that represents the current and desired states of mental health and culture within the Programmes. These symbolic creations may take the form of a painting, a dance or a theatre performance,etc. Artworks can be displayed by each Programme after the event. Each Programme is expected to choose a color/theme they would wear that would represent
