Development of additional functional requirements, plus ongoing support and maintenance, for the NIPMO Knowledge & Information Management (KIM) System for a period of thirty-six (36) months.

Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
Active CSD registration
ISO 27001 certification (preferred)
Demonstrable experience in enterprise system support

All documents must be stapled and placed in a sealed envelope.
The envelope must be clearly marked with the bid number (DSI01/2024-25), name of your company, phone number and email address.
Drop the envelope in the DSTI Tender Box, Reception during office hours.
Email submissions must use the bid number (DSI01/2024-25) and your company name in the subject line, and contain all SBD documents fully completed and signed.
Closing time is strictly at 11:00 AM on the closing date. Bids received after this time will not be accepted under any circumstances.
