Description

DSTI seeks an experienced consulting firm to develop a comprehensive guide for the design, implementation and governance of the Innovation Fund's venture capital Fund of Funds (FoFs).

The deliverables include the mandate, implementation model, governance framework, performance metrics, legal framework and theory of change.

Requirements

Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
Active CSD registration
Demonstrable experience in venture capital advisory
Team CVs evidencing relevant fund-of-funds expertise

Email submissions must use the bid number (DSTI04/2024-25) and your company name in the subject line, and contain all SBD documents fully completed and signed.
Closing time is strictly at 11:00 AM on the closing date. Bids received after this time will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Late submissions: Tenders received after 11:00 AM on the closing date will not be considered, regardless of the reason for delay.
