Background

The launch event precedes the NSW activities to be conducted throughout the country by different stakeholders. The launch is officiated by the Minister of Science and Innovation accompanied by the Premier of the province to be selected for the launch. The launch rotates from province to province and according to the records, the next launch event will be held in the Limpopo Province. The Science Week will be staged from 31 July to 05 August 2023 with some post-focus week programmes.
